The agreement between us.
Clear terms support a clear relationship. These terms govern use of the Apex Built Frameworks platform, memberships, mentorship, and training services.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a membership, or using any Apex Built Frameworks service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The services
Apex provides a development platform combining mentorship, athletic training, strength development, character assessment, and related tools. Mentorship enrollment is separate from membership tiers and is authorized at the founder’s discretion. Basketball and athletic training are separate entitlements from digital membership.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Accounts are intended for the individual participant; sharing login access is not permitted.
Memberships and payments
Membership tiers (Core, Strength, Elite) are billed through our secure payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing recurring subscriptions continue at the rate in effect at the start of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current paid period. Refunds, where appropriate, are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Mentorship and training
Apex mentorship, athletic training, and development tools are educational and developmental in nature. They are not therapy, medical advice, clinical treatment, or a guarantee of any athletic, academic, or career outcome. When clinical or specialized support is needed, engage a qualified professional.
Participant conduct
You agree to use the platform honestly and respectfully — providing truthful input, respecting the privacy of other participants, and not misusing development data, content, or instructional resources provided through the platform.
Intellectual property
Platform content, frameworks, curriculum, generated plans, and instructional resources are provided for your personal development use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit platform content without permission. Content you create (reflections, input) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to operate your development program.
Acceptable use of AI features
The platform uses AI to generate plans, workouts, reports, and summaries from your input and engagement data. These are developmental tools, not professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding three months.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
