Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Apex develops people, so we treat participant data with the same care we ask of the development process — clear about what we collect, why we use it, and who can see it.

Who we are

Apex Built Frameworks (“Apex,” “we,” “us”) operates a development platform combining mentorship, athletic training, strength development, and character assessment for participants, families, and partner organizations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, phone); profile and development details you or your mentor enter (goals, habits, reflections, assessments, workout results); payment information processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers); and engagement data generated as you use the platform (check-ins, completions, calendar activity).

How we use information

To operate your development program — generate plans, workouts, and reports; schedule sessions and reminders; provide mentorship and feedback; share appropriate progress with parents or partner organizations you are connected to; improve the platform; and communicate with you about your account.

Who can see participant data

Development data is visible to the participant, the Apex founder and assigned administrators, and — where a participant is connected to a parent or partner organization — to that parent or organization lead through a read-only dashboard. Apex does not sell participant data and does not share it with outside advertisers.

Parents and minors

Where a participant is a minor, a parent or guardian provides enrollment consent and may receive development summaries. We respect appropriate privacy boundaries between a young person and their parent while keeping parents informed at a level appropriate to their role.

Data retention

We retain development records for as long as your account is active so your history remains available for reports and continuity. If you cancel your membership, your data is retained for a reasonable period to allow reactivation and reporting, then removed or de-identified in line with our retention practices. You may request deletion of your account and data.

Security

Access to the platform is authenticated. Member and administrative data is protected by role-based access controls so one member cannot see another’s records. Payment processing is handled by our certified payment provider under their own security standards.

Cookies and analytics

The platform uses essential session functionality and may use analytics to understand usage and improve the experience. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other sites.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting Apex. You can disconnect a parent or organization relationship. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Contact

Questions about your data or this policy can be sent through the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
